A football team is incomplete without a dedicated coaching and backroom staff, each playing a vital role in preparing the players for every match and supporting their recovery throughout the season.

Head Coach Kim Pan-gon, who officially took charge of the team in January, will continue to lead the Red Giants into the 2026/27 season.

Several changes have been made to the coaching staff, while Assistant Head Coaches Lee Soon-seok, Shahrom Kalam and Yuki Fujimoto have been retained and will continue to provide their commitment, experience and expertise to the team.

Joining the coaching set-up are three new faces who will work alongside the existing staff throughout the 2026/27 Malaysia League campaign, Firdaus Aziz appointed as the 4th Assistant Head Coach after leading Selangor FC's Under-20 and Under-18 sides since 2021, Joel Dones joining as Fitness Coach following his stint with Watford F.C., and Cho Jun-ho appointed Goalkeeping Coach after serving with Ulsan Hyundai F.C. and assisting the Malaysian national team from 2022 to 2024.
